Anyway, it's finished and we are back to work.

great inspiration for me!!

Lonely warrior

I love to thinking about a story. When I draw something is important for me to create an image with a character, a landscape, an object who can tell you something more. It's not about to put a drawing on paper, it's about to tell a story. For example, I made this fast sketch yesterday:

It's not a beautiful sketch, but when I see it I think: Who is this warrior? Where he will go? where he came from? Why is lonely?

So, in your mind, you can think what you want. And that's the story! I only created a frame, and you will complete the whole story with your imagination . Isn't it?

I'm feeling like this, hope you like it and you feel the same.

Daily Sketch

My first animation!

You know, I love animation films, but I always focused on the design of the character, the expression, the gesture and never on the movement.

Today I wanted to learn better this process. I'm not an animator and I don't know how to make an animation, but with some tutorials and book I've created a simple animation. It has been funny, really funny!!

The result is not an amazing animation like the animations of the disney and pixar artists, but I like it because I make it with my skills.

many days have passed since my last post, but I made a lot of things.

My job takes me a lot of time, so I can't draw a lot, but I do it.

These are some stuff that I made in my free time:

September 14th was my girlfriend's birthday and I made an illustration for her, printed

and framed by a very nice wooden frame.

After her Birthday we went to Ortisei, beautiful little village between mountains with very very awesome landscape. Here some photos:

 

Very beautiful, I've also find the time to make a little sketch from a hill out of our room!

Return to work was very hard! :(

And this is what I've done in the last month. Now I'm working on a new illustration and a book project, but in the meantime I make a lot of sketch, here some of this:

Brave-day in Italy

Today is the launching day for pixar's Brave in Italy!! I'm so excited about that because I think it will be awesome. I bought "Art of Brave" on Amazon and, let me tell it, pixar's artists are so talented. They created beautiful characters,  dreamy landscapes and magical atmosphere.

So, I decided to make a little doodle to celebrate this event.

Lara Loire

When I heard a story that I love, I can't resist to make a drawing.

So when I read the story of "Lara al circolo Kappa" written by my friend Davide Bertozzi on his blog www.davidebertozzi.it , I had to make a drawing.

He is a big inspiration for me, and we have a lot of projects for the future.

Hi,

it is passed so much time from the last post.

In this period I made a lot of thing, but I never stop to drawing.

I want restart with a simple illustration: a submission for Illustration Friday . This week the word is "hurry".

When I was young, don't lose the bus was very important. This is the first thing that I though when I have seen the word "hurry". So hurry, hurry up little fox!

Napoleon Mario

I think Mario is the most famous videogame in the world. I like when he ride Yoshi, they seems like a emperor and his horse. Like the famous paint of Napoleon!! So, I make a illustration about this, about Mario and Yoshi like Napoleon. It was a Threadless submission, but Threadless community don't like it very much!! But I like it, so....Enjoy it!!!
